HACCP Program


The Chinese Canadian Association of Food Industries and Professionals (CCAFIP) is promoting training sessions covering the Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP Plan Development, Train The Trainer, Validation and Verification of HACCP Plans, and Auditing HACCP Plans. The training sessions are open to technical staff of Chinese food industries and the managerial professionals. Along with formal instruction, the CCAFIP endeavors to assist the participants to obtain experience from manufacturing plants currently operated under the Canadian HACCP program. All participants will receive an internationally recognized ISO2002 Certificate of Participation. The CCAFIP and its group members and partners can also provide guidance to Chinese Food Industries to implement
HACCP, in cooperation with the Chinese partners.
